If you’ve ever taken a class where there were 500 students as opposed to 30 or 40, you understand how vital one-on-one time (and potentially limited) the time with the professor is. Xhatch is not an agency, and we don’t have sales representatives and project managers. You talk directly to the people designing and building your solution!
We’re not here to take you to the cleaners financially. All we are looking for is to build great applications we’re excited about in exchange of a fair rate. Our goal is to get your idea to market as soon as possible, even if that means releasing a few versions. Our Agile methodology allows us to be in constant communication with you and more flexible with the project lifecycle.
We don’t take anything off the top for admin or sub-contracting. The money you pay us goes straight to our team—that is if you care about that sort of thing.
We’re not a one-man team that tells you we can do everything. We’re also not a huge agency where you’re just another client. We’re at the perfect size to effectively execute on your ideas. We use what we need to get it done, not throw a bunch of moving parts at you to complicate the process.
Everyone on our Xhatch team has professional experience, whether it was creating their own startup or working for world-class and innovative clients. All members of the Xhatch team collaborates on every project we do, even if it is just providing feedback. This is our quality control to make sure that we are all on the same page, that the project was executed to its best capability and that it is the best thing we as a team can possibly put out there.
Co-Founders David Hoang + Adam McDonald have known each other and collaborated for more than fifteen years. Every member of Xhatch is professionally one step removed (or less) from David or Adam. Our team is a close one, and we all know each other very well.
We formed Xhatch because we don’t like bullshit. Our team consist of hard-working designers and developers who are honest about what can be done in the allotted budget or time. We’re not going to sell you something that doesn’t work because we’re the ones also building it for you—we care about it!
